Biography
Luca Gansser is the director of the not-for-profit Arte Moris art school in Dili, Timor Leste. Gansser founded Arte Moris in 2003 with a view “to use art as a building block in the psychological and social reconstruction of a country devastated by violence, with special emphasis on helping its young citizens” (www.artemoris.org). Born in Bogata, Columbia Gansser is from Lugarno, the Italian-speaking Canton of Switzerland. Gansser has exhibited extensively around the world since 1970.
