Editor and cartoonist(?), edited Tocsin during the 1930s Depression and reputedly drew his own cartoons then too, according to Issy Wyner on ABC 'Hindsight’ program, heard by James Semple Kerr in 2001. [Apparently repeat of 'Forever Striking Trouble’, originally broadcast as a radio program on Hindsight on Radio National in March 1999] [Joan Kerr notes: From memory, there weren’t many published then, anyway.] This entry is a stub.
