28R Mosman Bay - was originally named Great Sirius cove and Careening cove because her in June 1789 HMS "Sirius" was careened. In January 1831 Messrs Bell and Mosman received a grant of four acres and established ""whaling allotments - hence the name Mosman" Ref: Stretch Ledger A9082
