28R Evans (now known as Evans Reserve) The Federal Electorate around Ashfield - named after Surveyor G.W. Evans, who followed up Blaxland, Lawson & Wentworth across the Blue Mountains in 1813, & discovered the Bathurst Plains on December 7, 1813.
