Description

28I Bendeemer N E Tamworth - named after place in India. The Rev. Dr John Dunmore Lang, writing in 1875, thinks that the name was given by some squatter from India or by some enthusiastic reader of "Lallah Rookh" from its supposed resemblance to the place in India.
