Biography
painter, exhibited with the Society of Women Painters in the1910s. The Mitchell Library holds her watercolour Gloucester Street, Old Sydney , 26.2 × 36.8 cm (ZML660), which has a plaque on the mount that reads: 'Gloucester St., Old Sydney. Laura Booth. Society of Women Painters, 1919 (First Exhibited Society of Women Painters, 1913). Transferred to the Mitchell Library from the Art Gallery of NSW 1967.’ As 'Miss L.
