Biography
Embroiderer born at Padua, in Italy in 1885 to Domenico and Malvina, n_e Ricci. This was an old Albaredo d’Adige (Verona) family. Orphaned in 1895 she arrived in Western Australia in 1902 with her sister Mathilde to live with her brothers Francesco, Carlo and Antonio. She joined the West Australian Society of Arts and exhibited embroidery in 1903 exhibition and appliqu_ executed to her brother’s design in 1906. Lisetta won the prize for needlework in 1906. She was a student at Perth Technical School studying embroidery with Loui Benham. She moved with her brother and sister in law to Moora in 1912 and married in 1921.
