Biography
Place of birth Yinapaka (Lake Surprise) c.1925. She was a senior member of the Lajamanu community, her language/tribe was Warlpiri and she had two countries – Yinapaka, and Kurlurrnglinpa – from both parents. Her Dreamings were Witi (witi poles are associated with the male initiates Dreaming, but are not secret) and Ngatijirri (Budgerigar).
