Biography
Born at Coniston Station c. 1945 of the Anmatyerre tribe, Peggy Brown is the daughter of Mt Allan headman Frank Japanangka . When she was a young girl, she was taught to paint by her grandfather and by Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri . Her country is also Mt Allan, and she paints the Yuelamu Honey Ant Dreaming.
