Biography
art teacher, was born in Lincoln Fens, Lincolnshire. She married the surveyor John Charles Presgrave, probably in 1853, and they came to Adelaide on board the Irene in 1854. Soon after they arrived Mrs Presgrave advertised that she would be happy to receive pupils to instruct in 'Drawing, Landscape and Flower Painting’ at her Adelaide home on the corner of Pulteney and Wakefield Streets.
