Description

Layer Warning:
This layer contains names of people who have passed.
Evidence has been found which suggests that there were humans in Madjedbebe 65,000 years ago, however this estimate has been contested as of 2017 (there is wide acceptance of there being humans there at least 50,000 years ago.) It is one of the oldest known sites indicating human presence in Australia. (Source: https://openresearch-repository.anu.edu.au/handle/1885/238559)
